Cherukumalli says: How to get rid of the desires without suppressing? You are suggesting a middle path.
bindu says: yes i am, the way of it is this - Consider that all is Sri-Krishna this means that to reject anything as not Him is to reject Him
Cherukumalli says: ok, I am ready to accept..
bindu says: so it is a way of renouncing attachement to mental positions, not the
actual renunciation of the thing only the ego\jiva can hold a mental position so it naturally follows that to
renounce all judge and rejection of Sri-Krishna will make for a far easier sadhana. an example is
The mind is like a pool, to stir it up is to create ripples creating ripples and then trying to
stop them by force only creates more ripples so then the easy way is to let the mind become still all by itself via non-interference
does it not make sense?
Cherukumalli says: How to practice non interference?
bindu says: My advice is read the archive file for 1st February 2004 It is called The Secret of Renunciation and Acceptance http://www.upnaway.com/~bindu/2004/janweek4.htm
Cherukumalli says: ok, I feel like I am there and at the same time I feel like I am not able to control some desires
bindu says: You do not have to control desires in fact that is detrimental to progressing quickly, for example i
recommend this; do not think your life is real, just think that your sadhana is real - life is a dream as Sri-Dattatreya says.
Cherukumalli says: I started doing this..
bindu says: Read all the files on the Ananta Group discourses which begin with "How the world is Like a Dream" then read all the files above them in the list http://groups.msn.com/AnantaYogaSchool
Cherukumalli says: ok
bindu says: if you wish to email me questions please do haus@upnaway.com as i need to go now
Cherukumalli says: bye .. take care
