From Tirumantirum Tantra Nine

2842: Behold Transcendental Light (Param Jyoti) As I clung to the Lord that is Transcendental Light, The Transcendental Light in me entered and remained; And as I sank and sank into the Transcendental Light, I beheld the Transcendental Light, Himself aloud proclaiming.

end quote:

Out of the Light appeared a being made of light,  He said i am your God, I am your Love! I did not know who or what he was at that time. Because he appeared at the same time as the world came back into focus, for the next 12 years i rejected this part of the experience as  the minds reaction to the light.

I did not know of Tirumantirum back then.

Why i rejected it was not due to the vision of the Golden being, but due to the fact that the being spoke with my own voice. The dissolution in light was another matter entirely, because it was so all-absorbing that when i arose from the floor on the day it occurred i was a totally different person. It changed me irrevocably on a very deep level.

Having practiced yoga for 12 years since that day, i have gradually come to realize that the God appears according to the belief system upon which the psychological mind is founded; in this way God - Siva communicates with the mind in such a way as to alter the foundations of the Psychological mind. For example previous to this experience i was a very timid man, who always ran away from responsibility and also my own problems.

I was not that honest, and far from dependable. I was riddled with guilt and fear of all sorts of things real and imaginary, That day changed me utterly forever. The man i was previously died that day and i have never found him since. He seems to be a dream i once had. The difference is almost impossible to believe.

Yet Again From Jnaneshwari Chapter 11 verse 12

12.   If the light of a thousand suns were to blaze forth in. the sky all at once, it might be somewhat like the radiance of that Supreme Self.

How can I describe to you the nature of that universal form? At the time of world conflagration, it is said that twelve suns come together to destroy the universe. Even if such thousand suns were to rise together, their cumulative light could not equal the lustre of that form. If all the lightning’s in the world were to gather together and combine with the world-consuming fire and the ten suns at the time of dissolution, their light would pale before the radiant beauty of that form and certainly would not equal it in purity.
