On May Drive in Kings Park, Perth, Western Australia, a Memorial Tree has a plaque dedicated to Jack.

At the Australian War Memorial in Canberra, his name is listed on the Roll of Honour Wall

 

His name is also on the roll of honour on the State War Memorial, Kings Park

and on an honour board in the Methodist Church in Fremantle.
