These are the most commonly asked about health issues over the last few months.  When I really started looking at ways to help deal with these 3 conditions I was struck by the number of similar things to help with them.  Lack of exercise, weight loss and sleep really stood out as being factors contributing to having these problems, as well as dietary changes over the years, particularly the increase in processed foods ie the pre-prepared foods with oodles of sugar, white flour, plant oils, margarines etc we all take for granted today.
